I am so very glad that you are here.
Heartbreak from grief and loss is so incredibly exhausting. It can also be a very isolating and confusing experience.
My mission is to ensure that as many people as possible have the correct information about grief, and to walk alongside grievers as they heal from a broken heart.
Grief Recovery Method® Session Options
online 7 Session 1-on-1 program
These online sessions will provide a safe and caring environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain.
nature-based, in-person 7 session 1-on-1 program
These sessions will provide the exact same education, tools, and support as the online sessions, but they will take place in-person outdoors in nature in the surrounding Leduc, Alberta area. Being surrounded by nature can have immense benefit in the healing process.
