-The Grief Recovery Method
Grief is the normal and natural emotional response to loss, but most of the information we’ve learned about dealing with loss is intellectual.
Recovery from grief must address your broken heart through emotional support instead of intellectual explanations.
The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, evidence-based, action-oriented program that helps people move through the pain of loss.
The goal of the program is to help those experiencing loss and grief complete their relationship to the pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by significant emotional loss.
The method is not only intended for people who are grieving as a result of a death to divorce.
It is beneficial to anyone who has experienced the pain of unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations.
The Grief Recovery Method® Program runs for seven (7) weekly or bi-weekly one-hour individual sessions either online or through in-person sessions in an office space or in nature.
The introductory rate for the 7 session program is $725 for adults 18+, and $795 for youth ages 16-17.
Individual session rate is to be paid after each session. Full rate is to be paid prior to the first session.
Flexible payment plans are available to ensure cost is not a barrier to healing.
The program cost includes:
These online sessions will provide a safe and caring environment for you to look at your old beliefs about dealing with loss, which losses have affected your life, and take actions that will lead you to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain.
These sessions will provide the exact same education, tools, and support as the online sessions, but they will take place in-person outdoors in nature in the surrounding Leduc, Alberta area. Being surrounded by nature can have immense benefit in the healing process.
These two groups will be offered in the very near future...stay tuned for updates!
